Guidance sessions are one-off or short-term offerings designed for thoughtful partnership during moments of uncertainty, decision-making, or inner stuckness. These sessions center compassionate witnessing — creating space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and discern next steps with care.

Unlike therapy, guidance sessions are intentionally time-limited (one to three sessions). They are not meant for long-term processing, but for meeting a specific hardship, question, or crossroads with presence, reflection, and grounded insight.
